After download

  1. Open Contractor from the Applications folder.
  2. Let it detect Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.
  3. Choose your default model and budget defaults.
  4. Add Contractor credits only if you want paid fallback.
  5. Run the $1 test to verify everything end to end.

The app is Developer ID signed and notarized. Checksums are listed here for verification.
